Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

  • Processing times may be delayed in the event of high order volume, product availability issues, or circumstances beyond our control.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

  • Duckett Fishing is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.


4. Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses unless otherwise specified.


5. International Shipping

  • At this time, Duckett Fishing does not ship outside of the United States. If international shipping is offered, additional fees, customs duties, and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Duckett Fishing is not responsible for products lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • For faulty or defective products, please refer to our Warranty Policy.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Duckett Fishing is not liable for lost or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


8. Force Majeure

Duckett Fishing shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, acts of government, carrier disruptions, or pandemics.
